Beyoncé had twins extremely recently. But she’s already lost a ton of weight, and she’s showing off her post-pregnancy bod in hot new photos.

Fans first got a glimpse of Beyoncé’s belly when she debuted the first picture of Sir and Rumi Carter. She posted the picture below on Instagram early Friday with the caption, “Sir Carter and Rumi 1 month today.”

THE REAL REASON JAY Z AND KANYE WEST ARE FIGHTING …

That came just hours after Beyoncé attended a listening party for Vic Mensa’s new album. On Friday, she posted some photos from the event. She somehow squeezed into a corset skirt that she paired with a long-sleeved white top.

Beyoncé hasn’t revealed how she slimmed down so soon after giving birth. But she similarly lost weight quickly after her first pregnancy. She has revealed that she weighed as much as 195 pounds right before she gave birth to Blue Ivy.

WHY DID RUMI AND SIR STAY IN THE HOSPITAL A FEW EXTRA DAYS?

“I gained 57 pounds when I was pregnant. I didn’t have a lot of time to lose the weight, because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I would never do again,” she told Shape at the time. “I’m not a person that is naturally very thin. I am a person that has to work at keeping my body in shape.”

So how did Beyoncé do it? She went on a low-calorie heavy in fish and quinoa and low in meat, pasta and rice. She also made sure to stay active.

Beyonce And Jay Z Instagram Without Twins
Beyonce and Jay Z enjoyed a night out without the twins this week.

“For me, dancing is what keeps me active and I would just say, everyone is not supposed to be the same,” she added. “Be healthy and take care of yourself, but be happy with the beautiful things that make you you.”

Of course, Beyoncé also lost the baby weight quickly because she constantly stays in shape. She famously went on a vegan diet for 22 days back in 2015. While she ate meat again once the three weeks were up, she said that the plan helped her “make better choices” for her diet in the future.

Beyoncé also continued to work with the creator of the 22-day plan, trainer Marco Borges. He told Glamour in 2016 that their fitness routine included boxing, rope swinging, a kettlebell squat-and-press, step-ups, and sprints.
